5 tips to live healthy

1. Pay attention to your diet!

Balance is everything! Make sure that every meal you eat contains a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. Do your best to avoid excessive sugar, salt, and processed foods. 

2. Stay hydrated!

Drink plenty of water throughout the day! It helps with digestion, maintaining body temperature, and many other bodily functions. Men should drink about 3 liters a day, and women should drink about 2 liters a day. 

3. Exercise!

4. Get enough sleep. 

Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Good sleep is critical for overall health, whether it's mental or physical.
